 6 oz NY Steak & Shrimp - Menu Idea
The steak in the picture is a 6 oz Center Cut New York. By adding some sautéed shrimp on the plate you can create a very nice combination that transitions into a nice dinner entrée. Roasted potatoes and a fresh vegetable add a nice finish. The steak is sitting atop blanched tri-colored peppers to give it some height when plating. Also, the steak and shrimp are drizzled with a roasted red pepper demi glacé which serves as a compliment to both items.
